Refunds take at least 2 week to process so please confirm with market manager before.2. Create an account (if you don't already have one)3. Click on the date/dates discussed with market manager and checkout to secure your spot. Spot is not reserved until payment is received. Rented Seller SpaceEach seller will receive an assigned spot on the event map with your number listed. This info will be emailed by the organizer a few day before each event - Rented seller spaces are 12’ and the allowable displaying space is within that  area. - Sellers are responsible for personal booth set-up, tent, table chair, trash and such. - Vehicles will be allowed to off load then asked to move to an allowed parking area off of Hartsuff St.- Sellers should be set up and ready to sell by 11:00am and will keep all products  set-up until 3pm- Subletting rented sellers space is NOT permitted unless authorized by Market Manager- No multi level marketing vendors.- The Market Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities at the market;  all sellers must comply with managers requests.- Seller is responsible for clearing rented space before leaving the market for    the day.- The Rockland Markets are “Carry In/Carry Out”. Sellers may not leave behind or dispose of packing/merchandising materials. - All processed food sellers must contact the Board of Health (781-871- 1874 x1005) Attn Delshaune Flipp. Farms, gardeners with un-cut produce and honey are exempt.  - For propane tank permit Contact Deputy Chief Tom Heaney at the Rockland Fire Dept. Food and Consumable item sellersSellers that offer food items (processed) or any type of item consumed by humans MUST contact Delshaune Flipp Rockland Board of Health to obtain any permits that may be required. Deputy Chief Heaney Rockland Fire Dept 781-878-2123  Fax 781-982-0302 CanopyRockland Open Air Market is located at Hartsuff Park and exposed to outdoor conditions. Please consider this with your canopy and set up - Sellers are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs and canopy (weights will be require for days with winds over 8mph) - Canopies must be in good working condition and weighted down to the ground with sandbags/weights to keep the canopy firmly anchored to the ground.PaymentsRented space will be reserved after application is complete AND payment is received by Rockland Recreation Office located at 394 Union Street. If you have not been in contact with Alyson before you apply please email rocklandmarket@rockland-ma.gov to confirm. If you decide to pay by check: (check payable to Town of Rockland)Rockland Recreation ATTN: Rockland Market394 Union Street Rockland MA 02370(Note: this is not the town hall)Cancellations, Refunds & Termination- No Refund will be issued if vendor cancels within 2 weeks of event. - There will be a $10 service fee if vendor cancels more that 2 weeks prior to event. A $30 refund will be submitted in this case and could take up to 2-3 weeks to process- Rockland Open Air Market will try have a hazardous weather date on sunday if possible and field is available. Refunds will be issued if weather is too hazardous to proceed with events (rain is not considered hazardous). - Rockland Markets will not tolerate hate speech of any kind, racism, bullying, aggressions,  sexual harassment or harassment of any kind and will result in immediate termination of contract removal of seller with no refund.Please note that payment through this website will be a 3.5% Service fee paid to the Credit Card processing company.  If you wish to register and pay by check then please contact the market Manager rocklandmarket@rockland-ma.gov

6:15 PM - 7:15 PM    Kids Spartan Training - Spartan Training
Does your child like the challenge of obstacle courses, running through the woods or both?  Then this is the class for them!!  Coach Mark Ewell has ran many Spartan courses over the past few years and will share his knowledge of course training as well as work on gross motor skills through balance strength and endurance. Coach Mark will introduce a few elements of the obstacle course each week ending with a race.  Participants will be automatically enrolled in the race.  Space is limited so please register soon.Details: Grades: 1-6Time: 6:15-7:15Dates:5/6-6/17 (no class 5/27)Cost: $65.00Location: Hartsuff ParkWhat To Bring: - Plenty of water in a bottles marked with their name. - Apply sunscreen & bug spray before you leave the house.- A towel to wipe their face- Please put every thing in a back pack - Label everything!Please Read: If your child is not feeling well or is exhibiting any of the following symptoms please keep them home. - a fever - a cough- sore throat- fast breathing- chills- shaking with chills- muscle pain- headache- a loss of taste or smellRegistration & Refund Information  Registration: Student is only considered registered (and spot reserved) in a program once payment is received. Online registration & payment is the quickest and easiest way to secure a spot in a program. Registration is also accepted in our office and by mail on a first-come first-served basis.Refunds: There will be a $10 processing fee for all refunds/credits and all requests must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of the program.Age Requirement: Participants must be the minimum age for the program or turn that age within the first week of the program.Confirmations: Please keep a record of your registration. Confirmations are emailed as soon as your registration is processed; no further confirmations or reminders are provided.We ensure the safety of all participants in our programs. Therefore we hold the right to decline/remove any child from any program provided that the child is: 1)Potentially putting themselves at risk of injury, 2) Potentially putting others at risk of injury through their actions, or 3) Blatantly disregarding proper safety rules as set forth by the instructor of the program.
