Kids' Test Kitchen - Kids' Test Kitchen Kids’ Test Kitchen is on a mission to get all eaters cooking, tasting, and thinking about healthy ingredients! Let’s continue to redefine kid food; one lesson, and one student at a time! Each class presents students with an opportunity to explore new or familiar foods in their raw, unmanipulated state. Then, working as a team, we’ll slice, dice, peel, measure, and cook until we’ve prepared the finished dish. Lessons are planned to celebrate seasonal produce, whole grains, and legumes. As theweather cools – we see less “bounty” in-season. But make no mistake – Kids’ Test Kitchen is on it – bringing you comforting dishes that pack a punch! Sweet Potato, Garbanzo beans, and quinoa, are a few of our focal ingredients this time of year. Each session arrives with fresh new recipes and ideas to inspire your healthy eater!Kids have food allergies, but they shouldn’t miss out on the fun. We know allergies and can work around them, making sure that everyone is having fun and staying safe.*Please clearly disclose all food allergies and/or dietary restrictions upon registration.Details THURSDAYSDates: March 14th-April 25th (no class 4/18)Time: 5:00-6:00pmGrades: 2-6Cost: $140.00Location: Rockland Community Center Details TUESDAYSDates: 4/9-5/21Time: 5:00-6:00pmGrades: 2-6Cost: $140.00Location: Rockland Community Center What to bring:~water/drinkPlease Read: If your child is not feeling well or is exhibiting any of the following symptoms please keep them home. - a fever - a cough- sore throat- fast breathing- chills- shaking with chills- muscle pain- headache- a loss of taste or smellDrop Off:Please drop your child with the instructor.
