Over the next few weeks, you'll learn how to use a variety of piping tips to decorate cupcakes and cookies like a pro! You'll discover how to pipe your name, create your favorite animal, and even design cartoon characters—using the techniques you'll master with each new piping tip. Get ready to explore your creativity and have a sweet time decorating!
About the instructor:Sydney is an alumni from Johnson and Wales baking and pastry program. She has been in the food industry since she was 16, and fell in love with the craft of baking from that age. From then, she's worked in Italian bakery’s, cake decorating bakeries, restaurants doing plated desserts! In school, she learned everything from chocolates to breads to viennoiserie to cakes! With the skills learned, Sydney started an online bakery business called Sugah Sweet in May of 2023! From then on, she has been focusing on that and working in Boston Seaport as well!
