This program provided by Total Sports Plus will include repetition of skills in all aspects of boxing as well as fitness for strength & conditioning.  This is a sport and should not be used as a self defense course. We will be doing Mitt Work this session so children should come with a set of boxing gloves.  (They do not have to be expensive)  If you can not afford the mitts then we have a few at the Rec. This program provided by Total Sports Plus will include repetition of skills in all aspects of boxing as well as fitness for strength & conditioning.  This is a sport and should not be used as a self defense course. We will be doing Mitt Work this session so children should come with a set of boxing gloves.  (They do not have to be expensive)  If you can not afford the mitts then we have a few at the Rec.
