Greg was seeking a practice that would increase his agility and flexibility as he trained for his 1st Degree Black Belt. By incorporating yoga, massage and energy work into his training he is currently a 3rd Degree Black Belt with 5+ years experience teaching Tae Kwon Do. Since earning his 200 hr teacher certification through Sacred Space Yoga School in May 2014 Greg continues his journey by currently working towards an additional 300 hr certification.
