Rockland Recreation is teaming up with Total Sports Plus to bring a Flag Football league to boys and girls ages 6-15. 
Total Sports Plus Flag Football is a no contact sport, allowing boys and girls of all abilities a chance to develop their fundamental football skills in a positive, inclusive environment.
REGISTRATION CUT OFF DATE: March 13th
SPRING 2026 FLAG FOOTBALL SEASON
WHATS NEW THIS SEASON
- Custom flags players can select from
- Team Combine Event- March 15th 4:00-5:00pm (more info. to follow)
- Team Draft: April 10th 6:00-9:00pm at Players. Each player will receive their jersey!
- Custom jerseys
- End of year award ceremony
- Pre Game practice: 30 min
- 6 weeks regular season plus 1 day playoffs
- Custom championship rings
- Team pictures (MAY 17th) optional packages at additional costs.

This spring we really want to build up our travel flag football team and participate in several events throughout the year. If this is of interest please message me. We will have a separate tryout for this as well later in spring.
