Join our supportive, high-energy self-defense class designed exclusively for girls! Whether you're looking to build confidence, learn practical safety skills, or simply want to feel stronger and more aware, this class is for you.
You will learn:
  • Real-life self-defense techniques
  • How to recognize and avoid danger
  • Verbal strategies to set boundaries
  • Ways to build confidence and assertiveness
No prior experience needed – just a willingness to learn and grow. Come build strength, courage, and community with other girls who are ready to stand strong.
