TAI CHI

Discover the Power of Tai Chi Chuan: A 6-Week Journey to Wellness
Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient system of martial art and exercise known for its ability to prevent and relieve illness by gently loosening the joints and spine, and releasing tension throughout the body. As an internal martial art, it nurtures the digestive, circulatory, muscular, and skeletal systems.
Often described as moving meditation, Tai Chi’s slow, flowing movements help reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate a deep sense of calm. The practice not only relaxes the body—it sharpens the mind.
Program Overview:
Join us for a 6-week introductory program designed to help you experience the benefits of Tai Chi firsthand:
  • Weeks 1–2: Learn a short Tai Chi form and foundational Qigong breathing techniques to promote balance and energy flow.
  • Weeks 3–6: Dive deeper into the Yang Style Tai Chi form by exploring three key postures:
    • Dragon Shoots the Pearl
    • Waving Hands Like Clouds
    • Jade Lady Works the Shuttle
Whether you're new to Tai Chi or returning to the practice, this course offers a welcoming and engaging environment for all levels.
Come give it a try—and discover a practice that supports your body, mind, and spirit.
