The Kid's Table: Culinary Class

Vegetables
New Program!! 
Please have your children join Olivia and Jeanne to learn the basics of cooking.

Students will work on building their confidence in the kitchen while creating delicious and easy foods.   They will leave with the recipe for the day and their creation.  We do not have a oven so we will not be baking the cooking will be done on burners only.  We will be sharing the burner with all of the students taking turns cooking their creations.  

We will work on the following:
Kitchen safety
Cutting Skills

Measurements
Menu planning
Cleaning and sanitation
And much more....


This hands on course will build the skills to help your child gain more independence in the kitchen! Each week will offer a new menu.

This class class will be run on half days.  

What to bring: 
Water 
2nd Mask 
Apron (optional) 

The Menu: 
2/3- Chicken B.L.T. Wrap and No Bake Valentine Wafer Cookies

2/17- Chicken Skillet Stroganoff and Berry Trifle

3/3- Egg and Cheese Sandwiches with Bacon, Ham or Sausage amd Fruit Skewers w/ Apple Cinnamon Dipping Sauce

3/17- Best Colcannon Potatoes and Leprechaun Hat Treats

4/7- Mac & Cheese and Marshmallow Peep Nests

5/5-  Walking Tacos and Green Flop Jello

5/19- Chicken and Sweet Corn Ramen and Microwave Mug Cake

6/2- Avocado Toast and Smoothies


Please note they will not be able to eat their creations till the get home.

We will have children three to a 6ft table working independently of one another so that we are not mixing food with the other children.

Parents will not be allowed to attend the class with their children. 

Please Read: 
If your child is not feeling well or is exhibiting any of the following symptoms please keep them home. 
- a fever 
- a cough
- sore throat
- fast breathing
- chills
- shaking with chills
- muscle pain
- headache
- a loss of taste or smell

Wearing of Face Masks:  
Your child will need to wear a face mask during this program.


Please note, no refunds will be given if COVID guidelines change during your program


Registration & Refund Information 


Registration: Student is only considered registered (and spot reserved) in a program once payment is received. Online registration & payment is the quickest and easiest way to secure a spot in a program. Registration is also accepted in our office and by mail on a first-come first-served basis.

Refunds:
 There will be a $10 processing fee for all refunds/credits and all requests must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of the program.


Age Requirement:
 Participants must be the minimum age for the program or turn that age within the first week of the program.


Confirmations:
 Please keep a record of your registration. Confirmations are emailed as soon as your registration is processed; no further confirmations or reminders are provided.


We ensure the safety of all participants in our programs. Therefore we hold the right to decline/remove any child from any program provided that the child is: 1)Potentially putting themselves at risk of injury, 2) Potentially putting others at risk of injury through their actions, or 3) Blatantly disregarding proper safety rules as set forth by the instructor of the program.
