Rockland Recreation is pleased to announce a partnership with Challenger Sports, the leading soccer camp company in North America. Challenger have recently combined the most popular elements of their two existing industry-leading camp programs, British Soccer and TetraBrazil, with a collection of some of the most effective soccer practices used by youth teams around the world.
This summer, we are excited to host this brand new, innovative and fully integrated soccer camp that will accelerate the learning process of our players! - These Camps reflect the truly global nature of the sport today and provide young players with a wide variety of coaching styles, practices, and influences that will help them develop a well-rounded skill set"
Children will learn the following technical skills:
- Speed/ Agility
- Foot Skills
The practices are coached in a positive and upbeat way and feature lots of fun games and competitions that the kids love.
The enthusiasm and passion for the game that we foster, combined with educating our young players on the basics of playing the game, respect, responsibility, integrity, sportsmanship, and leadership.
Each child will receive a Ball and T-Shirt.
This program is tentatively Scheduled at Hartsuff Park Field.
If your child is not feeling well or is exhibiting any of the following symptoms please keep them home.
- a fever
- a cough
- sore throat
- fast breathing
- shaking with chills
- muscle pain
- a loss of taste or smell
Wearing of Face Masks:
Face masks are required to participate in the program. We ask that participants bring and use a mask.
Pick Up Time:
Please pick up your child on time so we are able to start the next group.
Please drop your child off and see the coach or assistant. Each time you drop off your child you will be asked a series of questions related to COVID 19. This is information will not be shared unless there has been a confirmed case of COVID -19. At that point any information we collect will be shared with the health agent and she will share it with the state.
We will be doing a rolling pick up for the children. We ask that you stay in your car and let your child come to you.
What To Bring:
- Plenty of water in a bottles marked with their name.
- Small bottle of hand sanitizer (while we will have some on hand like you we have a limited supply)
-Towel to wipe their face
-If they are staying a full day lunch
-If they are staying a half day then a snack
-Put everything in a backpack labeled with their name.
Registration & Refund Information
Registration: Student is only considered registered (and spot reserved) in a program once payment is received. Online registration & payment is the quickest and easiest way to secure a spot in a program. Registration is also accepted in our office and by mail on a first-come first-served basis.
Refunds: There will be a $10 processing fee for all refunds/credits and all requests must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of the program.
Age Requirement: Participants must be the minimum age for the program or turn that age within the first week of the program.
Confirmations: Please keep a record of your registration. Confirmations are emailed as soon as your registration is processed; no further confirmations or reminders are provided.
We ensure the safety of all participants in our programs. Therefore we hold the right to decline/remove any child from any program provided that the child is: 1)Potentially putting themselves at risk of injury, 2) Potentially putting others at risk of injury through their actions, or 3) Blatantly disregarding proper safety rules as set forth by the instructor of the program.
